Directions from Shibuya Station
Exit JR Shibuya Station at Hachiko Exit and head towards the scramble crossing.
Cross the scramble crossing towards TSUTAYA and take the road on the right towards Seibu Shibuya.
Keep going straight ahead, with the Seibu Shibuya shop on your left.
At the smaller scramble crossing, continue straight ahead on the SMBC side.
Keep going straight ahead, with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation on your left.
Turn left at the intersection with the Marui on the right and the MODI in front.
MY Medical Clinic Shibuya is on the 4th and 5th floor of the building opposite MODI, which houses AINZ&TULPE and a docomo shop.
Enter through this entrance and take the lift to the right at the end of the hall to the 5th floor, or to the 4th floor if you have a gynaecological examination.

Directions from the direct underground passageway from Otemachi Station
Head towards the Otemachi Place underground walkway next to the Tokyo Metro Otemachi Station Exit A5 ticket gate.
Follow the underground passage to Otemachi Place.
Turn right out of the automatic doors towards Lawson.
Enter the automatic door to the left of the Lawson entrance and the entrance to MY Medical Clinic Otemachi is on the left-hand side.
Please enter through this entrance.
Directions from Otemachi Station, A5 ground exit.
Exit A5, go in the opposite direction, cross the first pedestrian crossing and the building on your right is Otemachi Place.
Please enter through the main entrance.
Take the lift on the left to the B2 floor.
MY Medical Clinic Otemachi is located immediately on the right hand side after exiting the elevator.
Enter through this entrance as the photo shows.

(weekday9:00-17:00) - Minato Mirai Line Minato Mirai Station, North Gate 4b Exit, directly connected to the Minato Mirai Center Building walkway.
Take the lift from the 3rd floor office lobby.
Directions from the direct passageway of Minatomirai Station
Exit through the Minato Mirai Line North Ticket Gate, turn right and continue in the direction of Exit 4.
Take the escalator at the end of the road.
Continue in the direction of the ‘4b Centre Building’ and take the escalator up ahead.
Go up the large escalator on your left at the end of the escalator.
When you reach the office lobby on the 3rd floor, enter the lift hall through the automatic doors on your right.
Use the lift to the right of the lift hall to get to the 11th floor.
Follow the direction of the window and turn right.
Enter through this entrance.
Directions from Minatomirai Station, Exit 4a above ground level.
Take exit 4a and follow the footpath to the left.
Go straight ahead along the footpath and enter the building through an automatic door on the left hand side.
Once inside, climb the large escalator.
When you reach the 3rd floor office lobby, please enter the lift hall through the automatic doors on your right.
Use the lift to the right of the lift hall to get to the 11th floor.
Follow the direction of the window and turn right.
Please enter through this entrance.
